what think thee

Jesus, the very thought of thee
With sweetness fills my breast;
But sweeter far thy face to see
And in thy presence rest.

Nor voice can sing, nor heart can frame,
Nor can the mem’ry find
A sweeter sound than thy blest name,
O Savior of mankind!
Jesus, our only joy be thou,
As thou our prize wilt be;
Jesus, be thou our glory now,
And thru eternity.

Thank you.

I enjoy Minerva Teichert's work. The painting depicting the Savior gently holding a black sheep close to His heart is especially moving.

Minerva Teichert is my favorite LDS artist. The paintings set off the hymn just lovely! One of her grandsons is in our ward and he says his grandmother painted him just once - as the black sheep that Christ is holding. ☺

Shouldn't it be, "What thinkest thou?"?

Matt 22:42. But maybe "What thinkest thou" sounds better.
