transformation

This morning:
"It took me two seconds to brush it!"
"It doesn't get pulled when I put on my backpack!"
Lidia decided to donate her long hair to Locks of Love. The photos don't really show how cute the new do is on her. It has so much movement--very bouncy and swingy.

Very cute! Perfect for the summer weather too. Good for her for donating!

Marie is going tomorrow to donate hers...again. I swear her hair grows an inch a month! I'm also getting mine cut a little different. It's layered in long layers right now and hits mid-back. I'm going to get at least three-four inches cut off and go with shorter layers something similar to this, I hope.

i've always wanted to donate to locks of love but i think i dye my hair too much, anyway the cut looks great! out here so many of the girls wear their hair so long and i have always felt that shorter hair has more bounce and movement, generally speaking is cutier. she looks great!

Okay, now Meg's hyperventillating. Get the oxygen out.

On a personal note, I like it and also think it will have more bounce.

That is so awesome. What a sweet girl. And she looks great to boot!

Brazilians are geneticlly blessed to be able to grow super long, thick, beautiful hair. They should do locks of love down here.

Yeah Lidia! Tell her we think she looks adorable! Julie and I have both donated to Locks of Love. It feels good to be able to do something, even as simple as growing hair!!

Gabriela,

Friends here in China (including a BOY) donated their hair--I'm pretty sure it was to Locks of Love. They got envelopes and mailed their hair in and said it was very easy.

Lidia--you're gorgeous!
